Technomate 1500CI+ has two cam slots and a omnicard/multicard reader. You can patch it and software are regulary updated. You can also load all softcam.keys alone if you want.

what is a cam and what would i need it for and how bout the fortec lifetime ultra and pansat 2700A recievers? i found good prices on them on ebay fortec($109 w/free shipping) and pansat 2700A for $119 w/free shipping

As this is predominantly a UK/European based board I therefore doubt many will be able to comment as these are US receivers not available in Europe there will not be many members that will have experience of them to be able to comment. As regards a cam that is a programmable pcmcia adaptor which accepts a smart card and allows an encryption system or emulation systems of encryptions to be stored.
