help needed again

hello people
i need some more help i have just installed the spc4 but i am getting no power on the magic eye,
any idea why?
there is power on spc4 rf2 is on.
so confused.
 
Hi, have you checked all connections on the coaxials?
 
You need RF outlet power switched on for both digiboxes and one must be on port one. If you have done that and the little light on the SPC4 is illuminated when either box is connected, then as Satellite man suggests, check your connections, particularly at the magic eye end.
 
i have checked the conection still no power
all the feeds in the house have a white plastic socket which you plug the cable into does that make any difference
 
The outlets may be isolated (DC blocked). Unscrewing one and checking should confirm.
 
thanks guys finally sorted this problem it was dc blocked
