Help needed bricked xfinder 3

My Satellite Setup
Sky Q Windows 10
I have a 1.2M motorised dish but I have trees in the way stopping me being able to put this to use

I have an Amiko XFinder 3 satellite meter

I tried updating the software yesterday but I ended up bricking it as you can see from the picture

Does anyone have the program for flashing it via the RS232 port or USB once it's bricked

I have a USB RS232 cable but no idea how to flash the firmware as this is the only screen I can get into and no menus or buttons work

I have tried putting the firmware on a USB stick and powering on but this doesn't work either

Does anyone know the difference between emu and mcas in the firmware for this meter?

unless the USB stick has the correct firmware in it then you will always get that message.

What did you try and load it with ? ( and where from )
