help needed - Key Editor for star-sat receivers.

Hi Every body,

I would like to know the function of this file 'key editor' for star sat receivers which is available in star-sat sr-x200ci file set. ( Softcam Editor ver 5.4)

I do not know to use this program. If any body there to help me will be apreciated much.
