Help needed with my DM500s rotor setup

dreambox dm500s & dual core laptop
My Location

I have a problem with my DM500s (a clone bought in 2010) all is fine with the box but sometimes the dish stops turning. I checked the rotor with another box & works fine. If I reboot the dreambox the dish truns for awhile then stops again. I took the dreambox to my friend house & didn't work either and we have the same image (gemini 4.2) & settings. Tried flashing the system and re-installed gemini 4.2 for 3 time but still nothing.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Common problem with those boxes.

Power Supply not man enough.
 
As Tivu stated, I really dont know why people bother with these cheap DM500 clones when a TM-500 Super can be had quite cheap and much better quality
