help needed with new white card !

i'm here in Netherlands and my brother arranged me a new white sly card but only with viewasia channels , he activated the card, used it for a few days n then sent it to me , the card is showing entitlements until 30-3-2010 , i followed all the steps as told here in different posts how to recover box key with box key creator 2.1. he told me the 10 digit box serial number so i created 1 from it . well CCcam is running , detected the card but still after 5 hrs no picture yet , any ideas wht i'm doing wrong.
p.s. i'm running gp4.6 cccam2.1.3 on dm500. here wht i got in entiitements :

still no luck yet , i get picture only when its a free view and then it shows coming from hop0 , after the free preview is over , screen goes blank again. all help n ideas would really be appreciated ,,,thks.
 
all is ok now ,it was a boxkey issue indeed, box key creator didn't work for me though , but it was more than simple with a window calculator to get the right one.
 
Glad you are sorted, but why did the box key creator not work, what was the problem, please highlight then any improvemnts may be made to the existing program
