Hi All
I have a TM nano SEM2 plus. I would like to open channel on satellite 9 east. I have channel 9 east but they are all coming up as dark, I have tried to open then but cannot. I know its on 9 east, my satellite meter reads to tell me its on it. Can someone tell me how to open them (step by step if you can). I have a 1.2 channel master motor dish but if I need to put a new channel on the satellite, I do not know how to put the frequencies in so would need help with that too.
Thank you for any help you can give.
regards

Which channels are you looking for? If by "opening" "dark" channels you mean decrypting scrambled channels then we can't and won't help you with that here.

Assuming the box has no blind scan, you'll need to add a transponder with the frequency, polarisation and symbol rate of the channels you are looking for. The manual should help with this.

What meter are you using?

TM nano SEM2 plus like a lot of TM receivers has had no software updates for a few years now as Technomate has dropped out of the market,

Your best bet is to get one of these new multi stream receivers just google multi stream satellite receivers.

Eutelsat 9e All the channel are Dark M 2 Freq 11958 v 30000 3/4 is a Free to air Channel it is Dark the all the channel are dead if I get them to ligh up the satellites will come a live

11958 V on 9E is listed as 27500, not 30000, which indicates that you've either gotten something wrong, or your dish isn't pointed at 9E.
Have you tried a blind scan and got any FTA channels opening?

peglepete - your profile lists 2 obsolete cams. Dont bother trying to use them - they are useless nowadays. They days of having multiple encrypted services open on cams are LONG gone

If you can receive 10e then you will be able to receive all the stronger transponders from 9e at the same time.

You format a USB stick, to FAT 32, before putting anything on it.
You do this using your PC, if using Windows, connect your USB stick, to your PC, open up my PC, right click, on the USB drive, select Format, select the FAT 32 option, and then click start.

Last time I checked 9E there wasn’t much available that was FTA. Is there a specific channel you want to view?

Ma Sport Hungary 11958 V 27500 2/3. I would like to open all my dark satellites channel on my box

Not sure what you are doing wrong but that one is fta:

Presumably you have a setting wrong somewhere.

I'd guess that the 9e position isn't stored correctly on the vbox.

Add the the 9e transponders you want to the 10e transponder list, then scan.
