Help Newdreambox500s

Hi everybody!
Lets start by saying im new to this so if im breaking any rules im really sorry. Now on to my problem, which is i have a dreambox500s and it works perfectly for about a year then it just stops working and my dad takes it to this guy that lives like 3 hours away from our house to "fix" it basically he fills it up with channels and gets it to work again but now my father is away and i dont know who this person is or where he lives so I cant give to the guy so he can "fix" it. Now my question is: Is there anyway I can do this myself, and again im really sorry if i broken any rules but quick responses would be helpful since Premier starts tommorow lol.

From the sounds of it you are paying for a card share which gives you the pay tv channels for a year and the guy has to fix it when the "subscription" runs out yes??

Nothing you can do about it - contact the bloke who supplies your illegal service and pay to get it sorted.

To be honest you are far better off buying a legitimate subscription as only a fool pays for a commercial card share. You have no idea who is ultimately running it - could be the Russian Mafia looking for an easy revenue source for all you know.) And I guarantee some of them are run by organised crime syndicates.

When (not if) the share operator gets busted your ip logs are on their servers, and thats the first thing the investigators go for. You wont get any sympathy at all from anyone here if the police come knocking on the door.

We do not permit any discussions of problems with commercial card shares so I'll close this thread here.
