my nokia 9800 is on MA20 software im trying to reprograming it with MA13 software .but when i click (start download) in "serial server" software, and plugin the power, serial server respond and ( 0% ) appears , and then it says in an error msg "the set top box is not responding"
i tried to do the same with MA20 file but it was the same . the cable is fine by the way as well as the com port setting. anyone have an idea whats the problem here?
