I'm using echostar dsb-770 fta receiver,2.4m solid dish.th. pc dell optiplex 450mgh/128mb/60gb hdd/cd-rw +17 monitor.
My Location
ghana-west africa
Hi everyone. i am new here.is there any way i can watch scramble channels on echostar dsb-770 fta or besat ddr-700i please help thanks.
 
Welcome to the forum jonesdjat

There may well be if your stb has an embedded cam or cam slots. A Dragon cam may well be your answer if the slot is available. I am not sure about the availability of flash patches for those stb's so I suggest you go to the links section and choose a key or patch site and start searching. If anyone here has either of the same stb and knows the answer to your question I am sure they will post here.
 
It is possible to patch your fta echostar 770. Every echostar receiver with EchoLite siftware can be patched with appropriate strong receiver software.
For echo770 you need strong 6155 software. On www.rdi-sat.com strong section you can find needed loaders, keys and patches. Also visit www.croteam-sat.org other receivers section and find echostar. You will find there same things as on rdi-sat. Good luck!

Please i have downloaded the softwares from croteam-sat(a: 22.04 eco770 TPS fix by energyps2.rar. b:Key Editor-echostar.zip. c:eco 770 emu.zip (Gkeys 21.0... & ftapatch-1....) ). Please i need your help to do the upgrade on my receiver. ie. which should i load first and what next.Pls help. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I have loaded the parkeges in to the receiver. ie: the bootloader, the urt software. The menu setup have all changed as you said. But all the pacth software I try to load were all (invalid service keyfile).Can you please specify a particular patch file for me? Also I will need a bootstrap for the receiver just in case.When switch the menu comes alright but I cant watch anything. Pls help. Thanks and happy new year.

I have been able to transform my receiver from dsb-770 to str-6150.As you said, i followed the insrtuctions at Frocus.Everything is working fine but after keying the nagra codes for sabc, it still tell me there are scrambled. Is it the patch i used or what. Also i want to know if a patch software works for all channels. Thanks.
 
I think you dont' know how to work with patch loader

Well, first i dont know but now i know. I'm now able to watch sabc.It is always good to learn the hard way. Like i said from the bigging, i know nothing at all about this stuff. So small small i will grow. Now what i need is the nagravision key at nss7 22*west and provider id. If you can help, i will be happy. You know my email. Thanks to all who helped me from infancy. BUT PLEASE YOU CAN STILL TEACH HOW TO WORK WITH PATCH LOADER.
