KAON-200Z to computer via cable RS-232

Hi everybody i have a problem with my reciever i want to upgrade my software and bought the cable RS232 but when i connect it to my PC it doesnt read nor react in anyway am i doing something wrong?Urgent:cool:
 
Cnon guys i really need some help on this somebody!!!
