last week, I bought a dm8000 and it was fine until two days ago the box started not to respond to the remote control as before. I have to press any button more than two times to get what I want and this is even when I am close to the box. I thought it was the batteries so I changed them and that did not help. I tried another remote of dm800 and the same problem. I tried re-flashing the device and also did not work. Any suggestions please. Thanks
