Help setting up needed

i have a skystar usb pvr and cant seem to find help on the settings anyware could anyone send me the digits needs to get a sat signal as I cant find anything

There are plenty of how to's available in this section Dish Setup that explain how to setup your dish and stb to receive satellite.

How can anyone begin to help if you do not say what you are trying to receive and on which satellite. What 'digits' are you referring to?
