Help Starsat X550D not working..

guys i have a big problem here in my SR X550D .. no power on..

i download the X550D super to SR X550D when downloading finish the power doesnt on..

i check the Power but working good..i check to other reciever..

maybe the Flash got problem or the software..

what should i do..

does anybody have a old software for SR X550D ..


pls give some advise what will do now..

Was the uploading process interuppted in any way??
Did you computer at the end say "success" ?

Unplug everything from power. wait at least a minute, and plug again into power socket. Switch on your receiver. Do you see anything displayed onto your receivers LED ?

no i did not inerupt the downloading..

heres what happen..

i download the X550D super Software.. into my X550 before im not sure about that if compatible or not coz i see them same X550D..

when i upload the software 1st when i switch on have power but Noconnection to Stb to pc.. then i switch off... 2nd i switch on again and start downloading.. but the front lead of reciever i mean the diplay nothing ..
no power.. but i thinking why its downloading..

can you help me with this ..

i think i put wrong software..

Do you know the name of the file you downloaded from the web and tried to upload to your decoder ?
 
Well....all I wanted to inform you about is that, on satsw.net as well as satdw.com, both for 650 and 550, you find firmware Super & Ultra. When I asked the official site of starsat about the difference, they just told me it was a s/w difference....
Now, I have been warned that the Ultra version may cause problems to the receiver....I have never used it for my 650, always used the Super, and I have never had any problem
Probably, you loaded the Ultra version to your Super decoder....
If this is the case, try and load the Super version again....

Probably, you loaded the Ultra version to your Super decoder....
If this is the case, try and load the Super version again....

but my reciever is not ULTRA or SUPER..

Starsat SR-X550D... is my reciever..

what should i do can they help me .. can you ask again your friend what happen into my reciever coz i download the software od X550D super..

pls wait 4 ur reply.
