Help - trashed new DM800 box

Hi I have downloaded the following flash file EDG-Nemesis-2.0-Beta-dm800-e2-OE(1.6)_30-10-2010-08-18.nfi and installed it on my DM800 via a browser. There where no errors reported during the upload but on rebotting the box it now freezes with an error on the oled saying look ay wwww.dm7000.com
Error: no ca found. i have tried rebooting (by removing power) and holding the on/off button but I get the same error message.

First thing is not to panic - its probably fairly easily recoverable with the right actions. I have a 7020 so Im not sure what the recovery procedures are, but hopefully someone will see the post soon & give you some info.
 
I think you have a corrupted second stage bootloader, possibly yours is Clone and you have uploaded an Image which is incompatible with it. Best look in google with ''Error no ca found 800 HD'' and analyse one by one the threads shown......there are different ways to fix this problem. I urge you to read thoroughly whatever turns up.
 
You need a null cable and the DreamUp software and you need to find out whether your box is a clone or not,then flash a suitable image.
 
Sorted, got a null modem cable and flashed a new image using dreamup the box is a clone
 
Keep the cable handy - it wont be the last time you need it :D
