Help watching c-band signals on Nokia9860s

Hello guys,

Pls assist with above stb currently i cannot watch c-band signals using c-band lnb.I am forced to see them using ku-band in the antenna setting but only symbol rates with 27500mb/s can be seen.Any help will be appreciated.

Well it is normal for C band reception to have a much larger dish than with Ku band so perhaps this is your problem

My Satellite Setup
turnkey 700mhz athelon .5gb ram,120 gb,drive
j-test j-tag setup
there's not a lot of digital on c-band ,and whats there may only have sr of
27500. I think the nokia will 'search' xponders for sr's but you have to set it up to..as topper mentioned, you will need at least a 1.2 meter dish and very good c-band lnb to get much at all. check "lingsat" to see if the bird you are trying to see may be analog. boxnut
