Help with Diablo 2.3 please

Humax 5400, Pan 20, Technomate 1500 CI+, Win XP

I have just got a Diablo 2.3. It came pre-programmed with Underworld 1.87 and various keys. I checked that the RAI 000030 keys were correct as they open RAI with my patched TM1500CI+. I cannot open RAI with the Diablo alone. I'm clearly missing something. Do I have to alter some setting or turn something on/off? Could some kind soul please point me in the right direction?

EDIT: And I can't open anything else with it.
 
Its Probably because your top box is patched and is taking preference over the cam. If you use a cam you shouldn't need to patch your top box.

Also key bin on the cam has to be updated regularly!
 
I deliberately killed the Seca RAI entry in the softcam keys on the TM1500CI+ to see what would happen - hence result - nowt! I also tried the Diablo in my Humax 5400 which is not patched with no joy. The keys are definitely up to date - the same RAI key which does open RAI in the softcam.

I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what!
 
Have you turned Emulators to ON in the Configuration menu?
Go into the Cams menu, Underworld 187, and the Cofiguration folder, there you need to turn Emulators to ON to get the cam working.
 
Yep, all emulators are on. Tha CAM *is* opening Digi on 1W except it goes berserk on Eurosport English audio in the Humax 5400 but opens it correctly in the TM1500CI+ (with the softcam turned off).
