Help with DM500S!

Hi,
I did a factory reset on my dm500s and flashed it with gemoni 4.6, but
when i scanned channels on hotbird i get new found 1173 channels, service channels 1174, and they all have flags in front of them. thanks for your help.

p.s. I only get this on hotbird the rest of the sats are ok.

I think more details will be required about your setup. Presumably it is motorised, or is it multi lnb? your system info just says dn500s? What size dish is it?

If it is motorised, is the dish moving when you change sats.?

What are you expecting to open as there is little or nothing open on Hotbird now?

What exactly can you receive in the clear?
