help with fortec, cash in hand job anybody? (hull east yorkshire)

having problems setting up the fortec motorised system . and body in the hull area fancy setting up , will pay cash in hand . the dish is already on the wall every thing is all set up just cant get a signal. may need setting up to the satellites
