help with my FTA 101 system

My Satellite Setup
I am a new user looking for advice, I have a normal satalite setup
My Location
newcastle
My sister has a FTA 101 reciever, it keeps asking for codes, can anyone help me either find the codes or is there a way to programme the system so you do not need to input codes, I am greatfull for any help and advice.
