Hi,
I'm happily decrypting paid for channels on my white sky card using CCcam 2.13 on Pli image but tried to investigate Newcs which should be installed by going to http://10.2.2.50:8080 which is both the ip address for the dreambox and the default port set in newcs.xml.
I couldnt connect at all and I soon realised (bit of an exageration as it was hours later) that newcs was not running at all.
Trying to run newcs via telnet results in an error saying the card reader is in use.
I've killed both the newcs and cccam processes and restarted newcs first then cccam. NewCs did this time start up and was happy but I then could not decrpyt channels.
My config is below. It's driving me mad as although I've no need to share a card or any particular desire I do want to know why NewCs is not behaving properly.
It's a basic DM500s with Pli image.
[fieldset=Admin] Config file removed, please do not post one again as it could lead to the forum being prosecuted. Not a good start on your first post. [/fieldset]
Hope someone can help.
Thanks
