Help with openbox s10 receiving canal channels

hi i have purchased an openbox s10. i have a cyfra + card and an astoncam.
My problem is in my technomate i get all my canal channels which i pay for but when i put the card and cam in the s10 i only get the fta channels and it will not open the channels i subscribe to.
do i have to do anything with the box . the box is reading the cam and it says my subscription is ok the same as my technomate but will not open the canal channels.

any help please.

Does your S10 have a card reader as well as a CI slot? If so have you tried the card in the card slot without using the CAM? I have an S9 and found Sky cards would not work in Diablo CAMs that were working in other boxes but worked happily in the card reader without a CAM.
 
I will give it a go but box has conax embedded and cyfra card is seca
