help with (Provider IDENT) & (Scrambling sys)?

Hello,

1. Please provide me with more info about the (Provider IDENT) codes such as: [00009400] Who decide for whose this IDENT and where I know what sat/channels its for ?

2. I recently got to learn about the Viaccess, how to edit/add keys to open the suisse WC2006 football on 00009400 !
A. now can I do the same with other Scrambling systems like: Irdeto/Nagra/Seca/TPS ?
B. What is the most famouse scrambiling system that is most common ?

Provider ideants are easy to find - look at this site for starters for Via stuff.:

Irdeto - Everything in Irdeto2 is currently secure
Nagra - Up and down at the moment, the main services are black.
TPS - keys changing every 30 minutes, so forget it for now.
Seca - mainly secure
