hi all just got new technomate tm-5402hd box having problems seting up no signal on tv just says no or bad signal can any one help plz

If you've attached it to the Sky dish mentioned in your profile, the first thing to check is the F connection.

Satellite and lnb configuration settings will also need to be set on the receiver.

hi thanks for the help i havent got a clue is the f connection the female connector from the sky cable and how do i set the lnb configuration settings

I would suggest reading the manual that came with the receiver first

The manuals supplied by Technomate are usually very informative for the newbie when setting up the receiver.
