Help with titanium white OS please

I don't really understand OS and the titanium cards, especially the AMTEL based white titanium cards.

My understanding with the blue titanium cards is that certain hex files require a certain OS and you upgrade to match the hex.

But what about white titaniums that burn with blue hex? When you buy a true AMTEL based white card with OS 1.03, do you have to upgrade to 1.06 to put the special white S**a codes on? There is no .txt file with the white S**a codes to explain this.
 
The white card file should work on either 1.03 or 1.06 operating system.

dear experts, how we can make our own files for white titanium card with 1.03 or 1.06 o/s? i mean , any guide to make the following files....
T3_ _Flash,T3_ _EEprom.eep and T3_ _CryptKey?

Did you find any way way how to make your own key file for Titanium Card ?
