y DB500S dead! Help needed

I have a new DB500. It was up and running well, but after sending "pli-Jade3-dm500-20090627-6494" to the box with DCC FTP it do deleting the old, and loaded the new
softw. ok, but when resetting it never started up!
The green led go on
I cant connect to the box anymoore (try with Dreamup and other thru network)
What to do??

Do you have a nullmodem cable?
 
i do with usb serial cable n null modem cable but work wid other reciver with my dream box 500 any setting i have to do
