hi, i've got some problems with my uploading from pc to receiver Star Track

hi, i've got some problems with uploading, i bought a lead from pc to receiver, usb to serial cable and D9 female to female, starting 'arion' software message "can not open COM1" appears and it don't transfers anything. starting 'arioner' message "COM1 open error" appears and the same as it was with other. on the window "Last status:Waiting connect request ack" ,as i think that program is using com1 connection,which i don't have, so how i could make to use it a usb port? my dish is fixed to receive Sirius 2,3 sattelite. i don't know what to do and i spen on those leads a lot.

Not sure whether you'll get it working from the USB port, probably too fast, have not heard of anyone who has.
 
I think rolfw is right.....
I’ve heard of this happening from another source.... I also wanted to upload from my wife's Laptop to my Technomate receiver, but was advised it probably would not work because of the high speed transfer rate via the USB port.

yep, pain in the ass, but that usb is changed to the serial, there is another pc,so i'll try to do on that one, but on that receiver is a soft which i can setup how to upload, but i dont specialise on them,so i dont know what means ' S/W, DB, S/W&DB' ,maybe somebody could explain? it will really help,

What is the master code of startrack..?
Can I upgrade without PC...?
I mean by OTA..?
