Evening guys, having a bit of trouble here with my equipment.
We got our first satellite system a couple of days ago, and we set it up according to instructions. And used a "beeper" to fine-tune the dish.
My problem is, when I turn on the decoder box and try to scan for channels, I get the error message "Cannot find home transponder"
We have tried contacting customer support, but no luck there.
We have tried using a new cable between the LNB and Decoder, we got a new decoder in the mail today, but still having the same problem.
Anyone of you know what the problem is or might be?
My supplier is Canal Digital, Im not sure on the technical specification of the equipment, but I will try to find out as much as I can if needed.
