horizon HDSM V3 problem

hi was wondering if anyone can help i have noticed over past week when doing installs that the HI on astra 2A are missing on the meter. i have been getting a good lock on the Lo astra 2D.
has anyone ever encountered this before?
do i need a software update or is the meter on its way out:(

Glad you got yourself sorted, it sounds like you had a corrupted download initially.
