here is some info on the meter.
The HDTM Digital Terrestrial Meter V2 uses a similar platform as the HDSM and shows signal strength (R.F level), post BER and carrier noise.
The meter comes pre programmed with channels 21-69 and can hold an additional 32 muxes allowing for customising of the meter depending on your logistical position.

• Fast and accurate Pre BER in real time for easy pointing of aerial via built in COFDM. Quality indicator
