Horizon meter. problem?

I recently purchased a new Horizon HDSM usb + and have a question about it. My partner has a wolsley meter and we set a dish up with his and got a good signal strength on his meter and a good quality strength, I put my horizon meter on after he had set the dish up with his and it got a good signal reading but the 0-100 % quality reading was on 0. Has anyone else had this problem. I have contacted Horizon over a week ago but they have not answered me yet.
 
You may struggle to find anyone with that meter, as it is relatively new. Not sure why it would say no quality, unless it was expecting an HD transponder, do you have to toggle the mode between HD and SD?
