Looks like some sort of entertainment channel. Transmitting fta in Somali. The programme on when logged was obviously dubbed (badly!)

Using a criminally low bitrate of around 900kbps, so dissolves into blokko vision even as the camera pans across a scene!

Yes, that one's a shocker. They were doing interviews at a street market just now, very amateur. Too much street noise over the interviewees, poor editing. With all that cash coming in from the pirates, You would think they could do better than that

Interesting .. According to the website

they are based in Hargiesa in the unrecognised "country" of Somaliland. This is the coastal land in the north of the overall country.
