Hotbird Reception In Sri lanka

Hi guys,I have successfully tracked hotbird 13E in sri lanka with my 10ft offset dish.Here are some ss.

Very impressive feat - you are very close to the edge of the footprint due to earth curvature.

We are hungry for more details, plz:
- what frequencies do you get, H or V, what transponders?
- picture of your rig: What does it look like?
- mounting position - are you up high in order to look so close to horizon?

Thanks,the official footprint of hotbird ends from Dubai or somewhere near,Pakistan,so for Sri Lanka it is somewhat far I think.Received about 10 to 12tps,but around 25tps possible with a bigger size dish,hoping to build next year.Receved following tps 10719,v 27500,10796 v 27500,10873 v 27500,10892 h 27500,11179h 27500,11137 h 27500 were the highest signal among them.

What did you mold the thing on?
How did you determine where to put the LNB?
What's that feedhorn - fabricated too?
Can we see the mount?

Amazing! Is that a home-bullt dish?

Yes,it is 100%homemade dish,and was created with fiberglass on a concrete mould.Lnb focus was done manually through experience,with no maths involved.Feed horn cone shaped done in order to illuminate the whole dish,however only around 5%signal increased from that feedhorn.
