Hi, guys
Any new information about Hotbird 10 coverage. I live in north east of England and I have got 60cm satellite dish for hotbird and I am wondering if I will be able to receive the hotbird 10 with it
By the way i have lost single on hotbird since 4 days ago i don’t know why?
i have got technomate TM-3300
Any help?
Thanks

Ive split this off the Hotbird 10 channels discussion as its not really relevant to that thread.

The HB10 tests ceased a couple of weeks ago. Hotbird 10 has now been relocated to 7W and temporarily redesignated Atlantic Bird 4A.

If you have lost reception of Hotbird 13E then you have problems with your dish or equipment - reception is fine on 13E

Thanks for ur reply
we had rains about 4 days ago since then i have lost the signal it happened before but it used to come back again after day or so but this time since i lost the signal it hasn’t come back
and every time it rains i lose the signal
Is there any way to get over this problem?
thanks

You stated in your first post the signal has not returned thus contradicting your previous post because it does not work fine in good weather any more.

In the complete absence of further more pertinent/relevant or indeed useful information from you we can therefore only give generic answers to your apparent problem which could be any one or more from the following

Misaligned dish
misaligned lnb
faulty lnb
loose connector on lnb allowing ingress of water.
faulty, damaged or incorrectly jointed cable from lnb to stb allowing same
