house set up help please

hi,
i currently have 2x satellite cables running through wall,1 feeds the freesat tv one a single satellite receiver all connected to quad lnb.
okay heres where i get lost.i am wanting to change satellite receiver for a twin tuner,which has 2 feeds in for twin tuner + 1 feed for freesat tv,i also would like to use my single tuner receiver in another room in the house + freesat.this adds up to 5 feeds & quad lnb only has 4. help.
 
Replace it with an Octo LNB.

Been around for about three years or so, IIRC.
