Normally with your remote control you can add, delete, change the TP's. I think it depends of the firmware of your receiver. Every receiver is different.

Actually he is referring to the MR firmware nothing to do with your receiver and TP's. Adding a provider is easy however changing the description of an existing provider needs a BIN editor.
