How can I see channels of ebox Elite X receiver??

Hello

recently i have installed ebox Elite X receiver, I have hotbird, Astra and Nilesat. my receiver is connected to internet using Adsl cable. it does open most of nilesat channels, on hotbird i can see only aljazeera sport and art but many are encrypted. and on Astra almost all are encrypted. so how can i view the encrypted channels using this receiver.

Welcome to the forum pyn

from what you have described so far you appear to be card sharing so speak to whoever set it up for you if you did not do it yourself.

Just remember the forum rules and don't ask for a share on here
 
I am really sorry, i am new to all this. actually what does it mean share on. i didn´t install the receiver. i bought from the middle east and a friend installed for me here in spain but he doesn´t know much about it. can you tell me where can i get information about ebox Elite X receiver.

The receiver gets its keys from the internet and from the look of it, only those for Showtime and ART. The box doesn't decrypt on its own, that is all you will get and possibly not for an extended period, as these servers are regularly being closed down.
 
You need to have a viewing card for the programs You want to view :)

Nobody on here will know that only the people that set up your stb for sharing will know that answer.
 
hi, a few months ago, we bought an e-box receiver + satelite through an official store here in our town that also installed it. But since it has been installed, we only have a lot of problems with it. When we are watching tv, suddenly the screen falls out and we get the message that this sender is encrypted. This may take from one second till several minutes. Most of the time, other senders are also blocked the same way and most of the time it all starts with a sort of "crack" in the sound, a split second before the screen falls out. The store has been back for several times now and he thinks that when this happens, the server is over-crowded. We don't believe this because this happens also early in the morning. We have this problem several times a day, no matter what time.
Does this problem sounds familiar to anyone here? Does anyone have any clue what might be the problem?
Further my last question, is this an illigal way of watching tv. I read here that this is card-sharing??
