How do I activate a recording...

My Satellite Setup
DM800 - Just Got it
My Location
Norway
After I have a connection with my PC...Everything seems to be correct but I cannot active the record function with any button on the remote.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciatted.
I have read a bunch of posts but cannot find anything to be honest.
