Okay as I said I would update here either way, i just recieved an email.
I am now told I will be contacted pre 1pm Monday and that I will be able to return the vbox2 that was sent in error (should of been to supperjack 6600)
And also that he intends to track the reelbox.

So I eagerly await tommorow and hope all works out well.
If so as I said I would I will post the end result here.
I did email to cancel but have had no comment to that.

This would of been oh so simple if I had been kept informed

Weather its down to the forum or not it made me feel better.
I will gladly let you know how I get on with the reciever if it gets to me

I have seen some good info on here
The new system should be a reelbox avantguard ii and a stab HH 120 motor and quad LNB with a 1.2MTR Dish

I still have the old Drake ESR 2000 XT setup on a 1.2MTR dish It has been a good unit.

If its Sat on line I never buy from a company that does not show its address on its web page. You have more patience than me and I would claim a full refund. Just imagine how much hassle you may get if an item goes faulty under warranty.they would be less bothered then.

1st to reply to the above Question The system will be here my brother stays here between trips away.
It will be wall Mounted as is the old setup.

Okay now to todays update, it has been an odd day.
The dealer called me before 1pm as he said he would
He was full of apologies told me he had no staff last week and was snowed with work on his own,and promised me an RMA number for the faulty and incorrect product, told me his web site was out of date and that the vbox2 is now exactly the same as the Jaeger 6600, and that I should call a named company and ask if I needed proof.(does anyone know the truth of that?).

Secondly he prommised me a tracking number for my reelbox.
At 3.30pm I called him to inform him I had not got the number for either the RMA or reelbox tracking
He emailed me to assure me I would have them by the end of the day.


Well I still do not have the information 21.15 and just checked my email before I entered this line.
I have for the 4th time in the last few days emailed him to cancel the order but he never mentions those emails

What is his game ,why bother to call and then not honour his word

All very odd or are all his prommises just delaying tactics

As with the link order tracking further back in this thread it was cardmania Uk

I know i should not of been so trusting or given so many chances
