How do I decode multiple RAR files please?

This is more a newsgroup decoding question than a satellite question. Can anyone tell me how to turn multiple RAR files into mp3 files on mp3 newsgroups and how to turn multiple RAR files into a watchable AVI from film newsgroups.
Can anyone help with this or give me a url for a tutorial on decoding multiple RAR files to turn them back into mp3s or an AVI/film? Thanks guys.

You should be able to do it using winrar Pentrell, I seem to remember that there is normally a key file in amongst teh multiple files, click on that when within Winrar and it will unpack the rest as well, or at least that seems to be how i remember it.

Yeah i presume I have to turn all the rar and par files into a rar archive and unpack them from there.
