How do I manual install?

PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

I'm tearing my hair out!

I have managed to FTP to the box, upload the cccam...tar file to /tmp but how do I install it?

I have put Barry Allen on, I thought that would work?

How do I manual install? Whats this "blue menu" I keep reading about?

I'm at my wits end :confused:
 
PS. When press the blue button, I just get the following:

To access the Blue Panel press the blue button on your remote. Or menu > setup > Blue Panel

Then addons > manual install

The exact terms may vary by Dreambox model and image
 
I think you would be better starting with an image in flash b4 going on to BA. I would recommend Blackhole 0.12. With that on your box you can download all you need direct to your box.
 
Thanks for the replies.

Blue Panel wasn't available on my image, so put in BH12 but that kept failing, looked around and put on BH v0.8 and its working so far!

Is your box genuine or clone? Newer images for wont work on clones without being patched.

To use the nabilo server to download plugins direct to your box its a green the yellow button push.

I'm 99% sure its not a clone.

I figured out the green button to use the Addon installs.

I've tried adding CCcam and NewCS + CCCam from the downloads and nothing is working. All my channels are black? There is no pictures!

The best way of knowing if its a clone is the price Sub£400 brand new its a most likely a clone.

What you need to do now is set the cams up to read your card. CCCam 2.13 will read your card on its own. You will need to insert the box key of your sky box that the card is paired to into your cccam.cfg file which is located in the etc folder of your 800.
