How do you post a new thread on the site??

Hi, have been absent from the site for a while and now can't remember how to start a new thread. Nothing obvious stares me in the face when I log in (yes I have my glasses on) can you help please!!!
 
From the forum menu click on the forum you wish to post in and then click on the button top left called new thread or if replying to existing thread click reply button
