how to ass c-lines to premium hd

I am new to the Azbox thingy, i am trying somecs test server and i dont know when to enter the c lines . i did a clean installation as said in this link .

Can you guide me the path when i have to put this c-lines

You need the latest Multicas. Download a full version and there are help files and examples included in the zip/rar file.

Read as much as you can and then post a specififc question if still stuck. Also say what firmware you are using.
