Advice Needed How to check if my Actuator is working fine

Recently I bought actuator and positioner, I connected both to the receiver, when I switch satellite receiver passes command to actuator but @ actuator end nothing happens

both my actuator and v box are new.

let me know how to detect if my actuator is working fine or not

Connect the actuator to a known working power supply of between 12 and 36V. Assuming that the actuator isn't restricted by internal limit switches, it should move one way or the other.
