how to convert matrix cam into Dragon???

hi dudes, this may possiblt be silly, but is it possible to succesfully turn a matrix cam into a dragon cam?

what is the difference in hardware between the two?

my curiosity has no limits, but my spelling does
 
no chance in converting matrix to dragon or the other way round
 
sorry i cant help you there ive got bot cams so i regularly look for firmware but i dont know whats inside them

I think it is because of different hardwares.
As far as I know all the cams have different
encryption systems, if same hardware then
possibilities are there like sidsa based cams.
