How to Encrypt french canalsatellite

I'm novice in those things.
Need help to encrypt french canalsatellite with gold card and Mastera programmeur and I have a canalsatellite demo which i want to pay some chanels, but some athers with gold card if somebody helps me, couse in french forums noone knows how.
 
The French chanel are already encrypted, are you sure ? It would cost about E6700 for the most basic MPEG closed network system if you wish to rebroadcast to a small island of people for example
