how to get all astra channels

My Satellite Setup
Sky Star 2 Pci Card. i have a sky digital dish fixed on my house. i have canceled my sky subscription and use my dish to get a high quailty picture.

i finally got my ss2 pci card working and can get most of the astra channels working, i cant get cartoon network or bravo or sky one working they are the encrypted i guess. is there any way to unencrypt them

isn't there a emulator that can emulate videoguard
 
point and fix your dish elsewhere you'll have more fun
