how to get them legally?

I want to watch BBC Prime and Pink TV and I am willing to pay for them. does anybody know how I can get them? btw, I am a real novice so please try to tell me in simple terms, thanks.
 
Pink is part of the TPS package, no real point in subscribing to BBC Prime in France, as you can get all of the BBC channels free to air with a dish pointing at Astra 28.2 East.
