How to make my server invisible

Cccam server linux sharing. Nova gr and cy and Showtime
My Location
Cyprus
I have a server and recently they have been clamping down on servers. Is there anyway to set this up without being traced or tracked.
I have a virtual server with vpn router. But that doesn't seem to have worked cause they caught someone with the same setup. PLEASE HELP.
 
Nothing to do with a Triple Dragon - doesn't use Cccam anyway. I suggest you post in a more appropriate section (Technology Section - Computers).
