How to merge a UDF database file with ABS image (Openbox)

Hi, Newbie here. I can't see the link to download the list. Do I need to post before I get to see links?
 
Appologies but I no longer have this list on my PC ..
Perhaps someone who downloaded it can upload it again

I have upgraded mine to the latest firmware with YT and now all the satellites in the list are American ....
Anyone got a list for european satellites please ?

Did you not dump your TP_PROG.dbs file to USB before upgrading?

If so, just re-upload it and it will replace the one included in the .abs File
 
Did not have one , the box came with only 28E in the sat list so i didn't see the point .
 
But upgrading wipes the list ....................... so even for only 28E, that really is the point.

Takes a few seconds and saves hours of grief.

Anyway, if you Google Search for AJ's UK Channel List Openbox/Skybox, you will find.

I shall not Post it here as it resides on other Forums and out of respect we don't copy their material (In the hope we are treated similarly). It comes with Instructions. The last step is to Reboot, or the list will not become active.

Finally as you were supplied the box with a pre-installed list, then a Password may have been applied: That will probably be 3313.

PS: If you want a choice, then AJ's List is not the only one, so just search without AJ in the string.

I have found one or two that are totally freely available (ie No need to Register).

Finally, have you contacted your Supplier? As they will have loaded the original list, I'm sure they might be able to send you another list.
 
I have done what you suggested and i'm back just with one satellite in the list as before 28E .

I need a sat list with all the satellites in the list from 50E to 45W .

Now make sure you keep a copy of the file you used ..................... !!

No idea if there's one for general use out there in hyperspace (I imagine there will be) - but Member Vipersan produced something way back near the beginning of this Thread** and other users (like myself!) simply created our own, as we perhaps would with any Receiver: The benefit being that you can customise it for your own interests as you go along, weeding out cr*p Channels, unobtainable Birds etc. The downside being the time spent Editing. But, once done, it's great!.

In extremis, I could PM you mine, but it only goes from 39E to 30W and is customised for my own interests.

Also, before loading it, you'd need to Dump your UK one as it will get overwritten.

thx have been searching the entire net for someone whos uploaded a proper satellite list, mine got deleted via firmware upgrade despite saving original list and it didnt work.

Hopefully this will bring back all my lovely sats !

In the end i just renamed every american sat and edited to my pleasure ...
I don't mind doing it , it's part of the fun .
